We believe that education relies on a partnership between parents, staff and students. In order for the partnership to be at the cornerstone of raising our students’ achievement, there needs to be good communication and clear processes for managing the day-to-day running of a school or college.
Operational policies are directives that define the general lines of actions with regard to operations, administration and personnel. They regulate the assistance provided by the institution to its students, define development strategies and provide a high-level guide for operational decisions.
